Fantastic Wings. Hot sauce was very spicy. Wings were a generous portion and perfectly cooked. 13-14 wings per order, easily over a pound.
One minor mutant, but otherwise very consistent. All perfectly cooked with only minor toughness in one or two wings.
The sauce was standard buffalo with a substantial dose of Tobasco style hot sauce. No shortage of spice.
The wings were enormous, but without the usual signs of toughness or dryness that usually accompanies wings of this size.
Nearly perfect. The only complaints were a small and lifeless cup of blue cheese, and a sauce that could have used just a tiny bit more flavor aside from the spice.
The BBQ and regular buffalo flavors were also very good. The BBQ flavor has a very classic BBQ taste with a great spicy finish, and the buffalo flavor was an all-around good taste.
