Summary : Good sauce, thorough cooking, quality product.
Monday night wing special at Choppers: $5 of 1/2lb of wings. Worked out to be 10-12 wings/drummies. Went with the honey bar-b-que as I need to not be bathroom bound by an angry colon tomorrow. The sauce was excellen; perfect consistency, nice wing coating, perfect mix of peppery, smokey, sweet BBQ sauce. Doneness of the wings was above average- meat was cooked through, pulled off the bone without much resistance, little to no gristle. Drummies were of good size but actuall wings were a little on the small side. Overall, a satisfactory product. Would recommend!
