Crimson and Gold – a Denver University bar. Reminiscent of Sally’s. Upon inspection of the menu, I discovered that the house specialty was an item called “pork wings”. Done. Tender, roasted pork riblets covered in which ever of the several sauces they offer – I went with spicy bourbonnn and sweet and spicy. Turns out sweet and spicy is a dry rub. Decent, but not saucy as expected. Spicy bourbon was adequate, but again not saucy enough. Riblets were roasted tthrough and came off the bone easily. Would try again, with different sauces and also ask for extra sauce.
