Summary : Fried and grilled, homemade sauce, not perfect but not bad
Fried, then grilled (much like the corner bar wings). Homemade buffalo sauce with ample non-chunky blue cheese. These were hot and fresh, but spent a bit too long on the grill. Not sure if this was by design or just a fluke, but they were a little too crispy and somewhat charred in places.
About eight wings in total for ten bucks, so not cheap by any means. The homemade buffalo sauce was tasty, but they could have used more of it. Not too hot on the spicy scale. The sauce was thick and sticky, and there were a few options to choose from, each with their own garnishes (these were the standard “buffalo”).
Willing to give them another shot, but I wouldn’t drive there just for the wings.
